Delivery and Lead times

IMPORTANT. In-stock items will be despatched within 2 working days of placing the order. Out-of-stock items (the manufacture of quantities of linen and inners for example) can take about 4/5weeks. Lead times will be given with quote. We offer free delivery in Swellendam - please contact us directly for this. Shipping charges to other areas will be dependant on weight/size of items. Outlying areas may incur additional carriage. To qualify for hospitality discount on certain items, please contact us directly sales@guesthousewarhouse.com

Refunds and returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we're here to help. To be eligible for a return your item must have proof of purchase, be unused in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. You will be responsible for shipping costs for the return of your item (not refundable). Once inspected and all deemed to be satisfactory we will refund the cost of the item only. If the item is not in the same condition as stated above, no refund will be given and return shipping will be your responsibility. Faulty goods will be exchanged providing the fault lies with the manufacturer. Your item will be replaced, repaired or refunded. No damaged goods will be refunded or exchanged if the damaged was caused by the buyer or washed or used. All items that require refunding will be inspected by the professionals at the supplier in question. If the item is considered to have a manufacturing fault them all shipping charges incurred will be refunded.
